Description of Service

Y.Studies is an educational platform that provides:

  • Video tutorials and educational content focused on creative technology, AI tools, 3D design, and digital workflows
  • Tiered access to content based on Patreon membership levels
  • Project files, resources, and supplementary materials for educational purposes
  • Community features and educational tools to enhance learning

Eligibility

To use Y.Studies, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental or guardian consent to use our services
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from accessing our services under applicable laws

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account or connect via Patreon. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

You may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be terminated without notice.

Membership & Payment

Y.Studies operates through Patreon-integrated membership tiers:

  • All payments are processed through Patreon according to their terms and billing policies
  • Your access level is determined by your current Patreon pledge tier
  • Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • You can modify or cancel your membership through your Patreon account

We do not issue refunds for any reason. All billing inquiries should be directed to Patreon.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on Y.Studies, including videos, tutorials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Y.Studies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

Subject to these terms and your active membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Software tools referenced in tutorials (Cinema 4D, Redshift, Adobe products, etc.)

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Patreon account. Upon termination, you will lose access to member-only content immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, warranties, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Y.Studies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Y.Studies:

  • First, contact us at hello@yambo.me to attempt informal resolution
  • If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
  • You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Y.Studies after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Severability
